Subscriptions expired

For some reason apple keeps attempting to charge my card for subscriptions it claims are cancelled and will not give me the option to cancel, how do I fix this?

iPhone 6s, iOS 15

Check again, if you don't want to continue a subscription you need always to cancel that subscription, see the following Apple articles:
