Express replacement - device not available.
I have a 12 pro that had an accident, totally damaged, request for express replacement. The guy I talked said it's gonna be delivered within 3-5 business days. Today is the 7th day. Called customer service, they don't have availability on 12 pro, put in back order. I escalate to a manager who told me they have an internal rule for delivery period which is 14 days so I have to wait another 2 weeks and they will call me and let me know what's next. WTH???
As I know they have to send an identical model or a newer one in the same class (13 pro or 14 pro). I don't want to wait another 2 weeks. I payed for a service (apple care+ & replacement fee = $400) and they don't want to respect the agreement conditions. They put on hold another $1500 on my credit card. This is absolutely disgusting.
What are my options?
