HomePod

I gave reset my HomePod 2x and it still spinning white light only. Yes, all software updates are completed. Help!

A spinning light indicates the HomePod is turning on or updating the software, as shown in Identify status lights on HomePod - Apple Support

If it stays this way for a long amount of time without any changes, you may need to reach out to Apple to look into this with you further: Apple Support

If you didn’t set it up again after a reset, it’s waiting for you to do that. A restore removes all Data back to factory settings.
