Lost iphone
Recently I lost my iPhone. I went on the app find my iPhone. And when I clicked the app it didn’t show me my iPhone to see where it was. I could not se e my iPhone.

Find My would have needed to have been set up on the phone in order for the phone to be located.
But......if the battery has run down or the phone does not have an Internet connection at its current location, it is not going to show up on the Find My map, even if Find My was set up on the phone before it was lost.
