Pages won't print double sided

All of a sudden Pages won't print double sided.

I am on macOS Ventura 13.0.1 and my Pages v12.2 prints double sided to my laser printer. What I observed on the redesigned print panel is that you must explicitly select your printer before the Double-sided selector appears in the Copies section.
