songs going to the bottom of the playlist

Hello there, I am experiencing some issues for some time with the Apple Music apps on iPhone, Mac and iPad. Whenever I add a new song to the already existing playlist it goes straight to the bottom of it, even though after updating all devices to iOS 16 and macOS Ventura I have chosen the newest to be at the top - "Sort by-Playlist Order-Ascending". Could you please help me solve the problem, as it is frustrating to move every new song by dragging it, thank you in advance!
