Adding ticketmaster tickets to apple wallet

I have trouble adding my tickets from Ticketmaster to my apple wallet. I have read some solutions and I have tried the app, the website in safari, changing the zoom on my phone and putting my phone in landscape mode. Nothing has worked, I can simply not see a button that says "add to wallet" and I really need help to figure out why. Thank you all!

Ticketmaster and adding tickets to your Apple wallett This isn’t so much of a question as it is an answer to an older post. I too was having issues figuring out how to save my tickets from the safari Ticketmaster login to my Apple Wallet. I found that the “Save to Apple Wallet” icon/button doesn’t appear unless you turn the phone horizontally. I also did this 10 days out from my event. I didn’t have to wait until 2 days prior for it to work. I’ve attached screenshots for reference. Hope this helps and happy college football season.

Can't load tickets to iPhone Wallet app I have added dozens of things to my wallet--movie tickets, airplane passes, concert tickets, but now I have an issue with tickets for an upcoming sporting event. They just do not go into the wallet. I have restarted my phone and I am up to date on the OS.I guess I can always pull up the tickets when I get to the event but that kind of defeats the purpose of "add to wallet" [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Adding Boarding Passes, Driving Licenses, Ticketmaster Tickets, IRCTC (Railway) tickets, Airline Tickets, Game Tickets and Hotel Bookings are only possible if the issuer has enabled the "Add to Apple Wallet" feature for the tickets/passes issued by them.
