AccessabilityUI Server

I would like to know what this app is that I all of a sudden see in my iCloud menu. My friends that have an iPhone do not have it on their phones and I cannot find anything about it online. Please note that this is different than UIAccessibility. Is appears to be listed as an app with a toggle that you can turn on and off. That, and in my analytics, there’s a report called backboard.wakeups. I heard that this was not good either. Anyone have any advice?
