I have called apple customer support and they said its only applicable for apple official website or official offline stores but on apple website they have not mentioned clearly theres written only online store

Apple would play no role in the return of a third-party company. So, contact that company seeing if it sill go through.
That only applies if you bought it from Apple or an authorized reseller.
Flipkart is not an authorized reseller so the information you posted does not apply.
