Odd "Allow in the Background"

On my MacBook Pro (13-inch M2, 24 GB Memory, Ventura 13.0), I have an app listed under "Allow in the Background", titled "open". When I check that file's location it's located in Macintosh HD>usr>bin.

Feeling a little off about this odd file, I turned off the "run in background" option; my MacBook is running fine. I've tried looking up info on this .exec file but I can't find anything about it. Should I turn it's ability to run in the background back on, leave it off, or should I be worried at all?

Turn it off and compare your results...

All kinds of misc things are showing up here in Ventura—

I would not be so concerned or consider "odd;" it is a new macOS — I would wait and see if upcoming point updates sort out any of these anomalies on the new OS
