Launchpad

Op Sys: macOS Ventura. Version 13.0

When I bring up "Launchpad" it displays numbers 1 through to the end of the icons. The numbers do not match up with the icons. It is just 1 through to the end of the icons display. Is this something that new? If so what does it mean? Any help and or suggestions are appreciated.

It sounds like you have Voice Control enabled in System Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control.
