Pages on IPad is made 54 copies of my document and numbered them- how do I stop this?
when I exited my document I had 54 of the same name and numbered 2, 3, all the way to 54. Why is this constantly happening?

Things that happen 'constantly' are usually happening due to something the user is doing repeatedly. Have you been repeatedly saving a copy of the document as you worked on it? If so, what steps do you take to do that Save?
