My old iPad died wouldn’t even turn on. Store said it’s pooched. Purchased new iPad. Now I can’t recover my email account that was on the old iPad. This accounts was only on my iPad not on my iPhone or Mac. How can I recover this account.

You will just need to remember the email address of the account and the password. Then you can add the account back to the new iPad. Follow the instructions in this support document. Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
You seem to know which one is missing, but you cannot add that account back? Stop looking for the account if you cannot see it. Just take the time to add it back to the iPad. The instructions on how to add an account to the iPad are in the link I provided. Unless you had the email provider delete the account, it should still be there and when you add it back to the iPad, you will find your mail.

Have tried everything and still can’t find the email account. In mail account settings it shows 2 other email accounts but not the one I need.

I would contact the email provider for assistance in adding the account back then. They can assist you with the settings. Contact their support.
Thanks for trying to help. Will contact Telus support tomorrow to see what can be done.
Sent a email from the account I am trying to access to my other email account and it went through but still can’t receive emails for that account.
