Request a refund

I requested a refund about my daughter’s purchase. She purchased something from Discord. Although I set up not to make my daughter, 12 years old, buy anything without my permission. However, she could buy it. Then, the store automatically charge on me monthly. My 12 years old daughter did not know one purchase will be charged every month. Therefore, I asked the store to refund them a few weeks ago. The store refunded only last charge. I understand i need to pay for her purchase on June 28th but I am not responsible your automatic charging on July 28th and September 1st.


I set up the restriction with apple store customer service person over the phone but it did not work as I expected. Also, I believe the store cannot charge on a minor monthly after her first purchase. Even an adult does not understand that sort of tricky way.


In the end, I would like to ask you refunds $21. 58 that you charged on July 28 and Sep 28th.
