Beats Solo 3 suddenly sounds tinny with no bass.

i just got these headphones like 2 months ago and randomly today the audio started to sound tinny, far away, with no bass. I’m not sure what happened. Also when I double click the b button (which usually skips the song) it just disconnects my headphones from my phone and the audio plays out loud??? So idk I’m ******. How can I fix this?

Hey there prabh2405,

It sounds like you'll want to reset your Beats, following Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones

"Reset Solo3 Wireless

  1. Hold down the volume down button and the power button for 10 seconds.
  2. Solo 3 Wireless buttons
  3. When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons.

Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again."

Resetting your Beats can help with sound issues, like you've described.

Have a good one!
