How to make Chrome's Red Yellow Green Bar behave like safari's in full-screen mode?

Hi:

I have been facing this annoying issue for a long time and am looking for a fix.

In macOS, Chrome has a separate Red Yellow Green Bar in full-screen mode, which pops up when the cursor accidentally touches the menu bar. Unfortunately, it happens all the time, and it is getting annoying.

However, this Red Yellow Green Bar is integrated into the tab bar in safari. Why this inconsistency? More importantly, how to make Chrome's Red Yellow Green Bar behave like safari's?

I wanted to use safari instead; however, safari creates a robotic audio sound when I change the video playback speed. So, I stick to Chrome. Now Chrome has this Red Yellow Green Bar Issue.

Please give me a solution.
