iOS 16 Mail App not Reading InBox Correctly

My iOS16 iphone isnt reading my IMAP email correctly. for the last week its not updated the inbox. Sometimes i see a new email in it but if i read it, it doesnt show, then upon refresh it disappears.

For context;

i have server space these are hosted on, IMAP,

Email A, which i have problems with inbox, has all other folder sync ok, Sent/Draft, etc

Email A on laptop is fine

Other mobile apps are faulty also

i have Email B on same server, and on iphone, which uses same settings, ad this is absolutely fine.

Anyone any ideas why 1 email would not read 1 mailbox correctly? I have removed email and redded to iphone and it acts exactly the same??!

The only think i did a week ago,. which is when it went wrong, was update my Laptop to OS16, which has and is causing me Mail App pain, and im unable to read 9 of my 11 email addresses on the email app as it crashes on Ventura, so i rebuilt mailbox on Laptop. 

Mail A reads fine on laptop. Mail B i cannot connect as mail app crashes with more than one email installed

All things which all worked perfectly on OS/iOS/15
