Screen suddenly black

I recently purchased iPhone 14 pro max , today its display suddenly went blank & unresponsive, when I find solution from web of pressing volume up & down then power button it restarted again but I’m still worried why this happened? Should I visit for replacement or repair ??

Iphone 14 Black Screen Issue My approx 1 yr old Iphone 14 turned black all of a sudden yesterday. No drop, or water damage or anything, it was reasonably charged and perfectly working minutes before! When I took it to authorized store, they say its a display issue and since its out of warranty, it will cost me about $420++ !! I cant believe this and dnt think its a display issue. iPhone 16 Pro Max Screen Repeatedly Going Black Hi, I bought my dad an iPhone 16 Pro Max on December 23, 2024. The screen keeps going black randomly, and I have to force restart it by pressing Volume Up, Volume Down, and then holding the Power button. This is becoming really frustrating. Since the device is still under Apple warranty, what should I do to get this issue resolved? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Iphone 14 Pro has black screen Since upgrading to iOS 16.3.1, my screen periodically goes black and i have to do a hard restart on it. Please don't say to continue doing this. You need to address the problem. Do I need to file a claim for this new device that I recently purchased from Apple and ask to have it replaced? I would bet this is not a hardware issue and more of a software issue.

This can happen. If a forced restart fixed it, you don't have yo visit the Genius Bar for replacement or repair?
