iPadOS 16 causing battery drain whilst iPad is on charge

I have a 4th generation 12.9" iPad Pro. I updated it to iPadOS 16 this afternoon and, ever since, the battery percentage has been dropping. I can restart it (force reboot) and it will charge back to full, but then will slowly drain again. I have made no other changes other than updating.

So I checked the battery in Settings and saw this - should I be concerned that all these apps are consuming battery whilst it's on charge...? I have no idea why Apple Music, Tips and Books are even listed - I don't use them.

(ignore the 11" 4th generation at the bottom, for some reason the 4th generation 12.9" isn't listed)

If your iPad is connected to external power for extended periods, your iPad’s battery management will change is charging strategy to protect the iPad battery.

Li-ion batteries perform at their best if they are regularly charged and discharged. When continuously maintained at 100% charge, Li-ion batteries will irreversibly deteriorate, prematurely loosing overall capacity. When continuously connected to power, the modified charging strategy reduces the maximum charge to ~80% - this being intended to reduce the chemical aging that will otherwise occur of continuously maintained at 100% charge. The “normal” charging strategy will be restored when a regular charge/discharge routine is re-established.
