Duplicates and Wrong Album Artwork on iPhone

On my MacBook Pro, everything on iTunes looks perfectly fine. When I sync to my phone, it mixes up most of the album artwork and is downloading duplicates of most of the songs. I've tried deleting my whole library on my phone and resyncing, manual deleting duplicates, and updating my phone and laptop. But every time I sync, it just redownloads it incorrectly. Help! It's driving me nuts!
