Apple Music in Preview
I log into our Apple Music Family account at work in incognito and for the last two weeks it will only play in preview mode.

To confirm, do you see this same mode in other web browsers on your work computer that offer an incognito (or similar) mode? We want to see if this is happening in multiple web browsers, as it can help isolate what might be happening with Apple Music.
Another step you can try which can help isolate this further is to test Apple Music in a web browser on another device as well.
