iPhone 13 Battery Issues

Hi all - my daughters IPhone 13 is having issues. Her phone shutdown randomly when it had approx 25% charge while she was using YouTube. When she turned it back on it showed only 1% charge and also displays a message saying “unknown part” related to battery. When I try to charge the phone through either the lightning port OR on a wireless pad, the phone makes the normal sound as if charging has begun, but the battery percentage charge never increases. Stuck on 1%. Also the battery icon never shows the lightning charge icon.

I have tried rebooting the phone, using different chargers/cables, and cleaning the charging port. Suggestions?
