mac showing icloud storage is almost full despite having icloud subscription and storage is available on the icloud storage

My MacBook Icloud storage is showing a notification that my iCloud storage is full, but I have an iCloud subscription and still have a lot of available storage.

Icloud storage offer in settings menu spazzing out. Recently I've been having this issue where I get a notification to buy more iCloud storage like the normal ($0.99) per month type offer. The issue is when I press on the offer (bc I want to get rid of the notification), the menu that pops up shakes intensely. It's annoying and I want to get rid of it, as I am a perfectionist. This makes me want to get rid of it.

iCloud Storage Almost Full No, it is not. I'm using less than 100MB, but the annoying notification on my Mac Studio will not go away. I'm storing next to nothing on all my devices, and this Mac is the only one that gives me the notification. Is it a Ventura issue? 2009 iMac with High Sierra, 2010 MacBook Air, iPod, iPad, all showing no issue with 4.99GB free, but my new Mac Studio is telling me otherwise.

Yeah. Me too! I have not seen a reply to this and I AM watching. I dont like iPhones. I want my android back
