The USB C headphone adapter should work on your iPad Pro. Maybe you should visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place and let them check your device and adapter.

Note: I tried so many times to turn it off I pad with no help even I did factory reset still not working and I bought a new adapter from Apple I am not happy with this issue please advise me for a solution
If the headphones are connected via Bluetooth, try to remove them from the list of connected devices in Settings/Bluetooth and pair them again.
Does the adapter work if you connect it to a different device?
Or use a different headphone, maybe the Apple EarPods?
