Weird distortion sound in iTunes

I recently downloaded the Kirby Triple Deluxe soundtrack from https://downloads.khinsider.com/game-soundtracks/album/kirby-triple-deluxe?u=LittleFrog4 (song by song), and some of the songs are having weird warbaling sounds. I noticed it with Stage Clear Dance [Short] first, but I thought it was a temporary issue, so I cotinued to listen. 2 songs of this later, (Normal in between, mind) and I decide to come here. I find someone with the same problem, but I have mine much later and the solution dosen't work. Groove Music plays the files fine, and I've only had this problem with Kirby Triple Deluxe. I also can't import the songs onto my iPad, which I've done with Pikmin 3 Deluxe, Shapez, Portal 2 [Songs to Test by-Collectors Edition], and Plants vs. Zombies. I've been playing those soundtracks. Version 12.12.6.1
