Internet isn’t working without VPN connection

Without VPN connection , Internet on my iPhone isn’t working , like every thing looks like server time out , Wi-Fi shows no internet connection , I’m using iPhone 11 with iOS 15.7.1

When you say "without VPN" do you mean you also removed the Profile at Settings, General, VPN & device management?
