iCloud Backup: Not Working

Hey,


New Apple user here. Decided to make the switch. iCould backed up successfully when I first setup my iPhone. Have received backup errors the three weeks since saying "there is not enough iCloud storage available" but I use 289MB of the 5GB.


Any suggestions?
