Payment method problem

Hey my region is turkey and I don’t want to add payment method I removed my last Visa card now I can’t even download free apps can you help me please to set my account on none payment then I can download free apps

If you want to make purchases or update / download apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one.
