Airline boarding passes disappear from my iphone wallet.

I have just loaded 16.1 and restarted the iphone but the passes still disappear after approximately 1 hour. Although, not confirmed it’s a time related issue.

Any ideas why?

Disappearing flight boarding passes in Apple Wallet (not expired!) I've just come back from a family holiday where at least two (out of five) of us have had issues with future boarding passes disappearing from Apple Wallet. I have an iPhone XR on iOS 15.6.1. I have used Apple Wallet extensively in the past, and have it set not to hide expired passes. I had boarding passes for two different airlines - one downloaded directly from their app, one sent to via messages both disappear from wallet (before the date of the flights) after adding them. Upon re adding them, the same behaviour has taken place. they will show up at first, but by the next day they have disappeared. The exact same thing happened for my partners father on an iPhone 8. Strangely they did not disappear on some people devices - one where they are definitely still present is an iPhone 12 pro. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this?

Apple Wallet unable to load Southwest boarding pass since upgrade to iOS 16.5 I’ve added hundreds of items, including boarding passes, to Apple Wallet so am very familiar with steps. Since iOS 16.5 upgrade, unable to add boarding passes. I know I can take screenshot or use SW app but it’s convenient to keep record of items in Wallet (at least when it works)

Passes disappearing from Wallet Tickets for future concerts and sporting events, as well as an airline boarding pass, have disappeared very shortly after I downloaded them on my iPhone 13 w/iOS 15.6.1. None of my "rewards cards" for retailers are having this issue nor are my credit cards for Apple Pay. This would seem to have something to do with the expiration of the pass. I have used these ticket issuers, e.g. Ticket Master, Football Team, Airline, since Apple Wallet came out. This just started happening about 3 weeks ago. I have rebooted the phone with no resolution and my Apple ID has not been logged off.

please note I have switched off the ‘Hide expired passes’ in settings.
