Can I charge an apple watch in Israel without a converter. The Apple World Travel Adapter Kit does not contain adapter for Israel (TYPE H).

You need a USB-A or USB-C charging block (depends on the charging puck that you have) that connects to the outlet in your destination country.

Pick your self up a travel plug adapter that will accept your standard charging block and use that.

That is what I do.

The charger cable that comes with an Apple Watch doesn't plug into the wall-- it plugs into a USB charger. So where you can charge your watch just depends on the USB charger you choose. Most chargers work at multiple voltages, but you may have to get a gizmo that converts the prongs, which is what Apple's kit does. But airports usually have local adapters. And many hotels have USB outlets in the room, so you don't need a charger at all, just the cable.
