Everybody are talking about the possibility of Apple watch that can detect irregular heart rhythm. But what is happening with the people whose already have this condition? Are they able to use Apple watch, and can Apple watch measure their heart rhythm and other health features?

It does exactly what that article suggests it does. It can detect A-Fib and you can set it to alert you if your heart rate goes above or below a certain level you set. Anything else should be monitored by a qualified doctor. Apple Watch is NOT a medical instrument.

I do understand your question. It can do exactly what the support article suggests and no more. Again, it is not a medical device. It is a watch, with sensors which can suggest A-Fib and tell you what your heart rate is. It can alert you if your heart rate goes above a level or below a level you choose. It can take an ECG as well. That's what the heart sensors can do.
