So I had my 13 pro gold replaced under apple care as I had broken it and I use my phone for taking under water photos for my job would my replacement still have the same water resistance even though it’s a refurbished phone I dry my phone after every time it’s gone in water I just don’t want to ruin my new phone if it’s not

Yes, an Apple supplied factory refurbished iPhone will still be water resistant. But note that deliberate exposure to water, especially submerging any iPhone, is not recommended. And any water damage immediately voids your warranty. Water resistance is no guarantee that submerging a device in water will not damage it.

Perhaps. But not waterproof. If refurbished, I would be a bit skeptical as to its sustainability to be resistant to water.
Take it to a Retailer: If you get water in this, take it to a retailer, seeing if they have a device that gets the water out of a phone. Retailers have these.
