I used to have the Tenor GIF keyboard app installed one on of my Macs; it's still installed on my other work one, so I know I'm not crazy. The app exist(s|ed) for Mac, but now it's gone and it's been deleted from my MBP.

Can't you just download it again?
If you are having problems with some 3rd party app, you need to contact the people who make it.
