Failure to update my Apple apps

Each time I try to update my app, it asks me to input my Apple ID password, after I put it, it would tell me ; your Apple ID or password is incorrect. I changed my password more than 5 times but still continues telling me the same statements. What should I do then to have my Apple ID match with the password that is acceptable by Apple?
