Hi, I got an app it's called web without any image. I don't know if my phone is hacked or not but I did 3 restarts and the app is still running in the background.
How I can delete this app? And if I restarted my phone can get rid of hackers?

Set your iPhone Up Anew:
Not so certain what this is. So, what I would do is backup the iPhone, and then set this up anew, as if I were to sell it. Then, all would be to default, and I'd add the apps back as desired. I didn't download any apps from the internet I just clicked on a link at first it was an error then I clicked it a sec time it send me to a youtube channel. I'm sorry I have a lot of questions but can click on a like can download an app on my iPhone?

Yes. So, by all means, set this up anew. Clicking on something, thinhs can install that should not.
I erase all contact and settings my iPhone is good as new, but the app is still there I don't know why! is there anyone who could help?
