A web app that runs in the background refresher without an app image

Hi, I got an app it's called web without any image. I don't know if my phone is hacked or not but I did 3 restarts and the app is still running in the background.

How I can delete this app? And if I restarted my phone can get rid of hackers?

Thanks

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 16

Set your iPhone Up Anew:

Not so certain what this is. So, what I would do is backup the iPhone, and then set this up anew, as if I were to sell it. Then, all would be to default, and I'd add the apps back as desired. You are welcome.

Set this Up Anew:

No. Updating to the latest iOS version does not rid of this. Do not download apps form any place other than Apple. So, set this up anew, as if you were to sell it. The link to set this up anew: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
