What model watch to what model iPhone? The reason I ask is if this is a brand new watch, which is running WatchOS 9, it can ONLY pair with an iPhone running iOS 16 or higher. If for example you purchased a brand new Apple Watch from Apple today, it would come with WatchOS 9. If you own an iPhone 7 or older, you won't be able to pair your watch to your iPhone, because an iPhone 7 or older is not capable of running iOS 16 or higher.
