IOS update

I have connected my iPad to my iPhone's hotspot and I want to update the iPad to iOS 16 but the iPad is showing that it requires a wifi connection. Please help me to solve the problem.

iPad system software updates require connection to a WiFi network. Update via an iPhone hotspot is not supported.
