Since downloading ventura, dictation does not work on any of my Mac Applications

Booting onto Safe Mode works briefly and continues after restart, but only for a few minutes. Then it no longer works. Strange.

I also tried turning off a number of start-up items, but that didn't help. I've reported this issue to Apple via the Apple Product Feedback page and suggest that everybody experiencing the issue do the same. Product Feedback - Apple

Sorry, but how can Dictation " Not work " in Ventura macOS 13 if it is " Since downloading Ventura " ?

That last statements implies the Full Version of Venture macOS 13 which would be about 12.19 GB has yet to completely be download and only then be installed ?

Care to elaborate how this is done ?

FWIW, Dictation works with Ventura on my iMac Pro and M1 MacBook Air.

Try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally.

What do you try? I d not see that in the post. I have the same issue on intel Mac while my M1 Mac works just fine.
