iPad Air iPadOS 16 Battery Drain

Before updating, my iPad Air had light usage, I could go 7 days after fully charging and the battery would still be 25%-30%.

Now after updating to iPadOS 16 the battery goes flat after around 36 hour of no usage.

As you can see from the picture nothing has been used apart from home & lock screen and the battery is already at 35%.

I still have 7 months of warranty remaining, should I raise this as an issue with support?

That is up to you, however I would. Since the iPad does not have a Battery Health reading, Apple would have to check your battery status. Use the Get Support link at the top of the page here or if you have an Apple Store close by, make a Genius Bar appointment to have the take a look at your device and they will explain your options from there.
