Full screen mode with external display

Just upgraded to MacOs Ventura. I have 2 external monitors both in "External Display" mode. They are LG HDR 4K. When I put a window into full screen mode, the other 2 screens will go black. I have to pull it out of full screen mode for the screens to display content. This was not the case prior to the upgrade. Anyone experience this or can help me with a setting change?

Try this

System Settings > Desktop & Dock > Mission Control and turn on Displays have separate Spaces [it's at the bottom of the panel]
