Why can’t I grant full disk access to the Malwarebytes.com program on my new imac 24? None of the screens in the instructions are the same and will not show me the lock to open.

I did those things suggested, found no results until Apple updated Ventura to 13.1 then everything started going right. Thanks for all of your help, maybe Apple reads about our problems to a greater degree than other companies.
