IOS 16 problems

Just updated to IOS this morning and wifi just keeps going on and off constantly. I will not stay connected. Signed into an old android I had and no problems. Same with a laptop. What kind I do? It is obviously the update, as it has never had a problem like this before. So frustrating. It's a 13, btw.

Check the Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
