App Store
can someone help me ? My apps won’t reinstall or update on my App Store just spins ? Restarted the device and checked that I’m signed in no change ?

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
Try again, see -> If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
