I made a mistake

I trusted the wrong woman

she stole my iPhone and now has access to all the apps including my home security, my car, and banking info along with my crypto accounts.

how can I delete and track this phone and stop anyone from hacking it.

I switched off the findmyphone app because I thought she was stocking me.

I know I'm stupid but I need real step by step actions because I don't want to delete all my work.
