Historic App usage

can I check app usage for nearly 3 years ago?

I need to try and evidence an app that was downloaded and when this was deleted, the screen time on this app. The app was downloaded 10th January 2020. So it is quite a long time ago. This was also on my old iPhone I’ve since upgraded.

this is critical to my family future as without proving the app wasn’t used I’m going through a divorce.
