Sure. If your iPhone is unlocked and no longer has any obligations to your previous carrier you can change to any other carrier you want.
You will need to contact the new carrier to get a service plan from them and port over your existing number if required.
Only Xfinity supports eSim at this time, so if your iPhone is a US model, you can only use Xfinity.
Comcast does not appear to offer eSim support at this time.
