Unable to minimize the picture of the song on the lock screen

When i play music it shows the picture on full size on the screen and when i try to minimize it by click on it, there's nothing happen and it doesn't do anything so the picture of the song is in full size and i can't do anything about it and it's so annoying , this issue happened after updating to ios 16.0.2 and now im on ios 16.1 and still hasn’t fixed , my mom phones is iphone 8 and doesn’t have this issue and im iphone xs and have it like why !
