365 MS Excel Crashes every time when attempt to open a MS excel file

How can I fix the above issue?

I have MacBook pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports), with SW version macOS Monterey version 12.6.

When attempt to open a MS Excel file, it crashes, the crash dump includes the following info:

System Integrity Protection: enabled

Exception Type: EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)

Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000

Exception Note: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY

Termination Reason: Namespace DYLD, Code 1 Library missing

How can I fix that issue?
