Can't change payment method

Hello there. My iPhone does not let me change my payment method. It says is not valid in this store

I bought it in France but changed the AppStore in Germany where I currently live.

What's wrong ?

You need a valid credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in and you need a billing address in that country.
