At the top of my iPhone there’s a little person icon inside a black box. It looks like there’s a little bar of some sort above their head. What does that mean?

Thanks! I figured it had something to do with focus, but I couldn’t figure out how to get it to go off. The best way was to swipe diagonal from the upper right.
